Now, Jill is speaking out regarding her daughter\u2019s passing when she should have been turning one. She made a short reel, showcasing her daughter\u2019s grave\u00a0and sharing snaps of her boys.\u00a0Jill dedicated the video to Isla and shared why her baby was stillborn. The mother of three shared that there was nothing that could be done, but after much testing, \u201cthey concluded that the most likely cause was a fluke subchorionic hematoma\/hemorrhage that wasn\u2019t detected until later, so nothing likely would have changed things.\u201d<\/p>\n
