Andrea and Tammy’s relationship was first revealed in season 7. Tammy found Andrea on a dating app. Andrea had just joined the app and hadn’t used it for too long. However, once they saw each other and started talking, there was no going back for Tammy and Andrea. When the season began, Tammy was apprehensive about telling her family that she was dating a woman. Tammy met Andrea after Caleb’s death. By January 2024, Tammy had decided that she was lesbian, and not pansexual. While Tammy was concerned about her family not accepting Andrea, her fans had other suspicions.

Andrea revealed she had just ended a 10-year relationship and was still wearing what looked like a wedding ring during her first date with Tammy, raising eyebrows. She also expressed a desire to meet Tammy’s family unusually quickly, adding to concerns. With these red flags piling up, fans began to wonder if Andrea was more interested in screen time than a genuine connection. On top of that, it’s unclear whether she ever told Tammy about her past arrests. As Andrea appears to be keeping secrets, viewers are left wondering if the show will confront any of these issues later on.
