\u201c90 Day Fianc\u00e9\u201d stars Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh shared that she\u2019s now lost the ability to speak amid her battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis\u00a0(ALS).<\/p>\n

In a heartbreaking video the couple posted on Instagram Sunday, Singh asked Slatten if she wanted to say something to their fans, to which she slowly responded, \u201cNo, I can\u2019t talk.\u201d<\/p>\n

Singh then shared, \u201cUnfortunately, the ALS is progressing and it\u2019s starting to show more in her talk, like, it\u2019s hard for her to talk now.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also noted she has more trouble walking and keeping her balance.<\/p>\n

Singh also pleaded for help getting a visa in order to be able to travel to the US so that Jenny can receive better treatment than she can in India.Instagram\/sumitjenn<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u201cI feel like it\u2019s more about Jenny losing strength in her backbone and neck and all \u2026 her spine, which is making it difficult for Jenny to balance while she\u2019s walking or doing anything,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n

Singh said he had hopes that she could go back to America to receive better treatment than they could get in India \u2014 where Slatten moved to marry him \u2014 but his visa hasn\u2019t been approved and they both don\u2019t want Slatten to travel without him. Their worry is that once she\u2019s in the US and receiving treatment, she might not be able to return to India.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf I don\u2019t get the visa, it means that we will be apart forever,\u201d he said. \u201cThis is a reason Jenny doesn\u2019t want to go to America without me.\u201d<\/p>\n

He pleaded for help, noting how \u201c90 Day Fianc\u00e9\u201d cast members Armando Rubio and Kenny Niedermeier received an outpouring of support last month when Rubio wasn\u2019t allowed to cross the border to Arizona from Mexico to see his 13-year-old daughter, Hannah, after she was hospitalized with a medical emergency. After the case received significant attention, Rubio was eventually allowed to enter the US with a humanitarian visa to see Hannah.<\/p>\n

Singh, 38, said he was willing to show any documentation he can to get a visa to be able to travel to the US with Slatten, 68.<\/p>\n

\u201cI hope someone will be able to come up with a solution, maybe a lawyer or attorney or someone, a specialist in immigration or something,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe love each other, and obviously, I want Jenny to start getting treated and I want Jenny to start feeling better or at least [have] a support system that makes [her] at least feel like, not, struggle every day,\u201d he also shared. \u201cIf [our relationship and medical plans] are not enough for the embassy in order for me to get a visa, I don\u2019t know whatever situation or condition I will ever be approved.<\/p>\n

The couple has been updating fans on Slatten\u2019s ALS battle since revealing her diagnosis in May. Last month, they set the record straight that she had not been hospitalized, but the disease\u2019s progression was already noticeable in her speech.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m OK,\u201d Slatten said in an Instagram video. \u201cI talk slow but I\u2019m able to take care of myself \u2026 with help from him.\u201d<\/p>\n
