recent Instagram video, following her ALS diagnosis<\/li>\n<li>\u201cUnfortunately, the ALS is progressing and now it\u2019s starting [to show] more in her talk, like, it\u2019s hard for her to talk now,\u201d Singh explained<\/li>\n<li>The pair, who live in India, have issued a plea for any help in getting Singh a visa so he can take Slatten to America for treatment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_2-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\">Jenny Slatten\u00a0and her husband,\u00a0Sumit Singh, are sharing a health update following her ALS diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_4-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\">On Sunday, Aug. 30, the\u00a0<em>90 Day Fianc\u00e9<\/em>\u00a0star, 68, and Singh, 38, posted multiple videos\u00a0on Instagram, explaining the current situation and how Slatten was doing.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_6-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\">As Singh asked Slatten if she wanted to say something on camera, she replied slowly, \u201cNo, I can\u2019t talk.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_8-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\">Singh then said, \u201cUnfortunately, the ALS is progressing and now it\u2019s starting [to show] more in her talk, like, it\u2019s hard for her to talk now.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"mntl-sc-block_12-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block people-sc-block-featuredlink--people-app-promo mntl-block\"><\/div>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_14-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\">He added that the diagnosis had affected Slatten\u2019s walking and balance.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_16-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\">\u201cI feel like it\u2019s more about Jenny losing strength in her backbone and neck and all \u2026 [her] spine, which is making it harder for Jenny to balance while she\u2019s walking or doing anything,\u201d Singh shared in the clip.<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_18-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\">ALS, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, is a fatal and progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, according to the\u00a0Mayo Clinic.
