Nathan Gallagher, 30, fled Australia earlier this month after missing a court date in Sydney, Australia. During which, he was convicted on three counts of domestic violence, Us Weekly reported.

After skipping court on Sept. 1, Gallagher was hit with a warrant for his arrest, issued by Judge Janine Lacy of the Burwood Local Court. He also has a second active warrant that was issued by the Dungloe District Court in Burtonport, Ireland, in April 2025, Donegal Daily reported. Gallagher’s warrant for arrest in Ireland was also ordered after he skipped a respected court date following an April 2022 arrest for an alleged physical assault on another male.

The Bravo star has maintained cover since missing his most recent court appearance in Australia. He has yet to issue a public statement since his last-known interview with Rolling Stone in August. During which, Gallagher claimed to have evidence that would prove his side of the story after he was arrested in December 2025 for physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend and Below Deck Med costar Gael Cameron.

“I am not going to make accusations or release private documents on Instagram. I have kept the evidence and will deal with it through the appropriate channels,” Gallagher said in his interview with Rolling Stone.

“I’m not claiming I was perfect. I wasn’t. I made mistakes and I will take responsibility for my own actions,” he added.

After his domestic violence conviction from his arrest in Australia, Gallagher was fired from Bravo. The network confirmed he will no longer be a part of their reality TV franchise in a statement to Page Six. “Bravo does not plan on working with Nathan in the future,” a Bravo spokesperson relayed.
