‘Sister Wives’ Star Confirms Season 21 Release, Teases ‘Secrets’ Are Ahead

  • Christine Brown Woolley has confirmed that Season 21 of Sister Wives is set to return to TLC this fall, teasing that hidden family drama will be revealed.

Sister Wives fans waiting for the Brown family’s next chapter won’t have to hold their breath much longer.

Christine Brown Woolley has officially confirmed that Season 21 is headed back to TLC in a new Instagram post. While she’s legally bound from dropping full spoilers just yet, she isn’t holding back on the hype.

Taking to social media to tease that hidden family drama is about to be unlocked, Christine promised loyal viewers that the upcoming episodes hold “a lot of secrets.” She added that fans will be “pretty dang surprised” this season.

She also revealed that the latest season will debut this fall. However, she didn’t reveal the series’ official release date.

Fans quickly flooded the comments section of the reality star’s post to weigh in on the tease, with many openly sharing their hopes and expectations for the new season. They’re looking for total transparency and have shared their anticipation for individual storylines. However, loyal viewers made it clear they are most ready for the show to finally address deep-rooted family issues.

“Omg, please let there be more to this season than 100 episodes of Kody Brown traipsing around the country to ‘apologize’ to himself for not being a worse husband [like he did with Meri Brown],” wrote one follower.

A second fan penned, “I think the show has run its course. As much as I’ve loved this show throughout the years, I always loved watching the family. It’s not a family anymore—no one films together; it’s just a bunch of individual confessionals. Even the ‘Tell All’ is not filmed together.”

“‘ll keep watching, but I’m BEGGING TLC to stop with the overlapped scenes. 90% is repetitive clips back-to-back, and 10% is new content. Do better,” declared a third viewer.

“More Janelle Brown content, please,” wrote a fourth Instagram user.

A final fan shared their wish for the new season. “I watched all the seasons and all the episodes, but seriously, why don’t you all just quietly go on with your lives or, at the very least, come up with a new spin-off? Plus, I DO NOT want to see Kody’s face on TV anymore, or Robyn [Brown], for that matter. Do not give that man any more airtime.”

While an unconfirmed Reddit post alleged that HBO Max announced an October 5 premiere date for the new season, network representatives have not officially verified the timeline.
